This is the opportunity for an Account Manager to join a successful marketing agency that specialises in running employee engagement and channel marketing campaigns for Blue chip companies. Founded 15 years ago this business has won multiple awards recently including Motivation Agency of the Year, they are proudly independent and well recognised for their commitment to staff progression.
As Account Manager, you are a key member of the Agency.
You must be comfortable handling client meetings, seeking support from line managers, colleagues and direct reports as necessary. In these meetings, you are expected to extract verbal briefs from the Client and advise them on services to help them to achieve their objectives and to assist the agency to achieve its revenue targets. You must be comfortable discussing budgets with them.
You will help pitch for new business and must have the confidence to contribute ideas and talk knowledgeably to prospects in order to establish credibility and help win the business.
You must be committed to providing the very highest quality of customer service, inspiring your colleagues to do likewise. This requires a friendly, outgoing yet robust personality, capable of leading by example.
You will report into a Group Account Director and work as part of a small, established team consisting of Account Managers, Account Executive, Data Administrator and Administration Executive.
