At Sitecore UK, within a year we’ve almost doubled the number of colleagues we’ve welcomed to our organisation, and as our success as a market-leading, global software company continues, we need more people to join our team. We are looking for a Content and Communications Manager to be part of the UK Marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an outgoing person with a knack for performance marketing to work in a fun, dynamic, profitable, fast-growing, high-tech organisation with plenty of room for over-achievement.

Sitecore is the global leader in customer experience management software, helping organisations deliver highly relevant content and personalised digital experiences that delight audiences, build loyalty and drive revenue.  With our Experience Platform, marketers can own the experience of every customer that engages with their brand, across every channel. More than 3,500 of the world’s leading brands – including American Express, Carnival Cruise Lines, easyJet, and Heineken – trust us to help them deliver the meaningful interactions that win customers for life.

Reporting directly to the VP of Corporate Marketing you will be responsible for establishing and enforcing the global creative vision and value system for a global leader in customer experience management software.  Working within the global corporate marketing team, this individual will be the overall strategic lead for the organisations branding and visual presentation across all the markets that we operate in.

Based on-site at our office in London with views overlooking the city and the Thames, you may be expected to travel both local and overseas based on role related needs.  You will be working closely with the Global Messaging Director and a team of skilled colleagues in a dynamic, international, and fun working environment with a strong emphasis on doing work that you consider adds value, is cool and fun and offers great opportunities for personal development.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate and have a track record in creating and delivering creative work that has proven cut-through in terms of creative impact and results, ideally within a creative-led agency or a technology/software company.  The individual needs an extensive background in all elements of creative, visual design, has strong opinions on great design, can convey a brand’s vision and bring plans and strategy to life.

The individual will also be responsible for engaging and managing external agencies across all disciplines, such as design, digital, video, and have experience and success in managing global roll-outs, taking into account the requirements of global local markets.  The individual should demonstrate leadership, effective team working across all departments, and awareness of product development process/requirements within a technology company.

How to Apply

If you have the skills and background required for this role please send us your CV along with relevant samples immediately.  All applications will be treated in confidence.  Closing date for applications is Friday 13th June 2014.
