The main responsibilities of this role include:

  • Implementing the strategic direction and application of digital communications in the region
  • Building traffic to and social media sites
  • Leveraging partnerships through to deliver value to site users and the Industry
  • Implementing and optimising online marketing strategies for, partnership activity and other social media and advertising campaigns in the region
  • Coordinating with online vendors on various technologies
  • Maintaining content on external sites that integrate with TA’s online activities
  • Collating material, product and content for Internet publishing
  • Report and review the performance of as per global standards (UNICA / Adobe)
  • Collating and assessing digital campaigns including input into regional reporting requirements
  • Supporting the delivery of all Tourism Australia marketing campaigns
