Digital Marketing Executive - £30-32k - Beauty Brand - London

Our client is an established beauty brand with a strong history looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to take responsibility of and drive their digital and online presence, whilst ensuring that digital marketing is fully integrated into the wider marketing mix.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with the Brand Managers to advise on web content, and regularly update the website content
• Liaise with the corporate team to ensure branded elements are provided on time and in line with brand objectives
• Liaise with Regulatory Affairs and Legal Affairs to ensure content is compliant
• Ensure continuous improvement of site performance using SEO
• Monitor and administer reports on site performance using Google Analytics/other appropriate measures.
• Assist in the development of web content, images, applications, and social content to ensure the brands are engaging consumers online
• Develop social media presence for each brand
• Monitor relevant digital trends in sales and marketing to ensure we’re using the best tools and insights to drive consumer purchase.
• Demonstrate to Brand Managers the consumer touch points available and recommend an action plan to be incorporated into the brand plan.
• Maximise return on investment with our external email software provider and drive increased click through and relevance to the consumer.
• Build and send emailers that reflect the objectives of the brand marketing plans, continue to recruit new consumers onto the database and develop email strategy to be in line with industry standards.
• Monitor results of emailer campaigns using existing tools within the package.
• Capture insights when recruiting consumers onto the database to allow a “lifecycle” strategy which engages consumers across the brand portfolio
• Drive sales of products through the B2B website. Make recommendations to aid increased use of the site, and ensure the site is maintained and managed to drive engagement and sales
• Ensure the day-to-day smooth-running of the ecommerce site.
• Produce a monthly report detailing sales by product group, visitor numbers, promotional performance and recommendations for improvements
• Create and edit static and interactive content with tools such as the Adobe Suite
• Contribute to group projects in support of the UK Marketing Manager in order to reach brand and business objectives.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Educated to degree level, ideally within marketing related subject
• Previous experience of social media management
• Previous experience in a marketing or digital marketing setting - minimum 1-2 years
• Experience in an e-commerce environment
• Good understanding of and passion for digital marketing
• A good command of written English including spelling, grammar and ability to proof-read
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Previous experience of using Content Management Systems (CMS)
• Previous experience of using Photoshop
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own workload
• Basic HTML
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to work on both short and long term strategies and projects
• Disciplined and structured in their working approach, a strong project manager
• Ideally, advanced use of Search marketing
• A self-starter with the ability to learn new skills and software
• Takes initiative to identify opportunities and possible improvements
