A leading Research, Opinion and Insight Agency specialising in Corporate Reputation and Communications, is moving to the next stage of its impressive growth with the recruitment of a Research Director to join its leadership team.

The Research Director will:

-Work with the senior leadership team to innovate and contribute to the achievement of business targets
-Be a leader across a range of clients and sectors
-Become a trusted advisor to these clients by providing a high level consultative service
-Nurture the skills of researchers in their team

And will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

-A desire to really show what they can do, and to test themselves
-An understanding of Communications and Reputation Research
-A consultative approach that delivers not only research, but useful insights that clients can use in their businesses
-Is commercially-minded and thrives in a fast-paced environment
-is comfortable with a range of research methodologies
