A rapidly growing FMCG company, who produce premium Health & Beauty products, are looking for an experienced Brand Manager to work with their flagship Brand.

A pivotal role in the organisation; you will take on the company's single largest brand and support the Head of Brands to execute major brand development projects in support of short and long-term marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

●champion the product range and brand strategy
●Create and report upon a deliverable ATL & BTL marketing strategies
●Coordinate between Sales, NPD, & Design to launch new products in support of overall strategy
●Aid Sales preparing and pitching promotion plans and NPD to retailers and prospects
●Create collateral, merchandising and sales tools with Graphic Design
●Communicate with external agencies to create broadcast advertising content
●Lead PR agencies to implement PR strategy and ensure results are measurable
●Develop frameworks for brand policing and competitor monitoring
●Work with digital marketing executive to monitor online & social performance vs expenditure
●Create reports on all activities and projects for Senior Management

The successful candidate will have:

●Excellent English communication and presentation skills (both written and oral)
●A strategic mindset and broad business perspective
●A talent for organisation, project and time management
●The right balance of creativity and pragmatism
●Financial acumen both to remain within budget, and obtain the most from that budget
●Expertise in advertising both directly and via advertising agencies
●Significant brand and marketing experience, ideally but not essentially within Health & Beauty
