The Field New Business Development Manager Opportunity:

As part of our growth plans, we want to recruit great Business Development Managers who can help us take the next steps in our exciting evolution.

For this high profile role we are looking for talented sales professionals who can ideally combine successful B2B sales know-how with a good understanding of the FMCG marketplace. 

Specifically, as a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving new sales opportunities within a defined set of accounts, taking a lead role with both the client’s team and the company’s internal support team. 

Taking a consultative approach, you will be required to build relationships with target clients, identify their requirements and match the relevant solutions that best meet their needs. Bringing these opportunities to a conclusion, you should be comfortable closing six-figure contracts.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you will:

Win new business in target clients through:

- developing a deep understanding of target clients’ business

- building relationships with key individuals in the target clients

- understanding how our products and services can help our clients achieve their objectives

- working closely with the internal delivery teams to ensure a great customer experience 

To be considered for this position, you will ideally have: 

- a successful track record in B2B sales 

- knowledge and experience of the FMCG marketplace 

- been educated to degree level

- bags of energy, enthusiasm and commitment!

You may have worked in the following capacities: Area Sales Executive, Regional Business Development Manager, Field Sales Executive, Field Sales Account Executive, SaaS Sales, FMCG Sales.
