Brand Manager EMEA - Leisure - 6 month contract - £40,000-£45,000 pro rata - South East

Globally recognised, award winning, leading hotel group with nine brands but one shared goal, to make a difference.

As Brand Manager you will be responsible for focusing on F&B working in close co-operation with Director
- Uses customer and commercial insight to develop new product or service initiatives.
- Participate in the design and delivery of brand standards innovation, including review and development of food and beverage proposition
- Lead and project manage the food & beverage programme for various markets
- Understand the key drivers of customer satisfaction and cost to deliver brand experience to ensure highest satisfaction and loyalty

To be considered for this Brand Manager role you will have:
- Extensive brand marketing in dynamic service or consumer led organsiations
- Operational and food and beverage experience is an advantage
- Experience of working with continental Europe markets are an advantage
- Experience in working with agencies.
