Market Research Manager
This leading financial services organisation are currently to recruit a Market Research Manager to play a pivotal role in the shaping and delivering market leading customer experience by driving brand and customer management tracking and activity across the business.
Utilising both qualitative and quantitative research techniques the research and strategy manager will prioritise the customer experience based on the needs and attitudes of target customers and feed this back into the senior management team. They will deliver complex and strategic market research projects to inform and influence the overall strategic transformation agenda of the business.
The successful candidate will be a strategic thinks with experience of leading teams to deliver complex challenges. You will have experience of both using both qual and quant research as well as developing strategies and managing complex research programmes to deliver solutions to strategic business challenges.
