- As a member of the UK Sales Exec, you will be accountable for driving ambitious commercial objectives and delivering growth across video, performance and brand functions
- Tracking activity within the team through the sales life cycle to ensure the highest standards are maintained
- Building and establishing relationships with all agency clients in your space by conducting face-to-face client and agency meetings
- Providing coaching and mentoring for the team identifying key development areas and working with the Sales Director to create bespoke training
- Working with the Insight & Strategy Manager to uncover unique market intelligence and develop thought leadership across a variety of sectors
- Strong team management with a proven track record in delivering sales growth driven by personal and team success
- Strong agency relationships and a well-established network within the digital advertising industry across, video, brand and programmatic
- Ability to communicate ideas effectively, and influence decision makers both internally and externally
- Degree qualified and motivated with a can-do attitude and a hunger for delivering results
