Our client is one of the market leading global out of home media agencies. With inventory that includes digital screens, impactful city centre locations, cinemas and transport locations. Based in the heart of the west end, they offer a fantastic place to work, with excellent opportunities for progression. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an OOH Group Account Director to be part of this growing global media agency. The role of the OOH Group Account Director will be to manage planning teams as well as benefitting from servicing a large variety of clients and agencies.

Responsibilities of an OOH Group Account Director:
*Provide support for the Business Director to ensure agreed objectives are achieved
*Establish strong relationships with clients ensuring they can discuss any aspect of their business with you
*Motivational team leader with the ability to inspire those around you as well as ensuring your team are achieving above and beyond the expectations of client objectives
*Educate the team and outside agencies of the benefits of merging OOH with already established mobile, digital and social media
*Leading and managing day to day media planning activities and maintaining a large network of client relationships.
*People management - development of direct reports to exceed their KPI's
*Facilitate training workshops
*Take ultimate responsibility for any arising client and campaign issues and offer excellent, creative solutions to resolve them

*Impeccable articulate communications and client- facing skills
*High attention to detail and numerical skills
*Good level of understanding of P & L
*Accomplished negotiation skills
*Excellent written skills from grammar to clarity and content
*Effective management of performance, talent and potential within the team as well as recognising good work to share across the agency
*Proven experience working across a group of clients or large accounts
*Solutions orientated attitude ensuring the best possible solutions are delivered
*Demonstrate the ability to work above and beyond expectations
