Paul Graham, the founder of Anomaly in the UK, has quit the agency. His departure follows the appointment last November of Ben Moore, the former Sony and Nike marketer, as a partner at the agency. (Campaign)
Initiative, the Interpublic media agency, has appointed Kristian Bright, business director at Mindshare, as performance director, replacing Tristan Bentall who moved to Australia at the end of 2012. (Campaign)
