Mike Cornwall: appointed chief executive at the Institute of Direct Marketing
R/GA London has hired Raphael Campos from Fallon as a creative director across the agency's Unilever business. (Campaign)
Frazer Jelleyman, the group creative director at Red Bee Media, is to become global chief creative officer at WPP-owned agency group Taxi in January. (Campaign)
Mike Cornwell, the former CEO of TBWA\GGT and MRM London, is to join the Institute of Direct and Digital Marketing (IDM) as CEO on 5 November. (Campaign)
Silvia Lagnado, the chief marketing officer of Bacardi and president of Bacardi Global Brands, is leaving the company in the next few months "to pursue other interests". (Marketing)

The O2 arena has appointed for a new director of comms role as the venue goes up for sale. Jeremy King, currently editor of Haymarket titles Event and Media Week, will take up the role in December. (PR Week)
