Having been at Nike for 14 years, Pestridge has overseen a year of innovation at the company that has involved launching Nike PhotoiD, the mobile campaign promoting its footwear.

Nike's agency AKQA won the Revolution award for innovation for NikeiD and also picked up the top agency gong - agency of the year.

I-level, meanwhile walked away with the Grand prix award for the Play Balloonacy campaign for Orange, run in partnership with creative agency Poke. Meanwhile, Jamie Murray Wells, founder of Glasses Direct, won the Revolution hotshot award.

For more than a decade the Revolution Awards have recognised those who consistently push the boundaries of marketing, those who venture into uncharted territory and those that do things that genuinely have never been done before. This year, with an added focus on innovation, the Revolution Awards saw the introduction of a number of new categories, including the Hot Shot Award, which rewards the  individual under 30 considered to be the digital industry's most promising rising star.

Revolution is the UK's only monthly magazine dedicated to digital marketing.
