LONDON - The creative merry-go-round continues in adland this week along with high-profile movers in media, including ESPN's Lynne Frank (pictured), as Brand Republic rounds up the people moves in advertising, digital, marketing and media.

Archibald Ingall Stretton has appointed Lachlan James, the head of digital at Partners Andrews Aldridge, as its new digital strategic lead. James will be responsible for leading the agency's online strategy across its full client base. (Campaign)
Publicis Worldwide has appointed Steven Althaus, the head of global brand management for financial services company Allianz, as the new chairman and chief executive of Publicis Germany and Austria. (Campaign)
Robert Senior has been named as the chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi's worldwide creative board, in addition to his role as the UK chief executive of the SSF Group. He will continue to sit on the executive board and report to Kevin Roberts, the worldwide chief executive. (Campaign)
Naked Communications has appointed Jim Thornton, the former executive creative director at Leo Burnett, to lead its creative output. He replaces Malcolm Green, the former Delaney Lund Knox Warren executive creative director, who joined Beta at the end of last year. (Campaign)
M&C Saatchi has hired Enyi Nwosu, the managing partner of MCHI, to head planning across the UK group. He joins the agency as the executive director of its central strategy unit. (Campaign)
MCHI, the full-service agency launched by CHI & Partners last year, has appointed Jessica Burley, the former National Magazine Company managing director, to the newly created role of chief executive. (Campaign)
Wieden & Kennedy has made a number of creative appointments, including Andy Cameron, a creative director at Benetton's research centre Fabrica, who joins as the interactive creative director. Cameron will report to the executive creative directors, Tony Davidson and Kim Papworth. The agency has also hired two new creative teams: Rob Doubal and Lolly Thomson who join from Mother and Oli Beale and Alex Holder from WCRS. In addition, the agency has promoted Paul Colman, the joint head of planning, to its management line-up, and Nic Owen to joint operations director with a position on the management team. (Campaign)
The IPA has appointed Elaine Hutton, the head of legal for the European division of Apple Retail, as its new legal director. Hutton replaces Marina Palomba, who left in December to join the US-based law firm Reed Smith. (Campaign)
G2 Worldwide has promoted Pietro Leone, the chief operating officer for Europe, Middle East and Africa, to the newly created role of chief executive EMEA. Leone replaces Peter Thompson, who is moving on to do consultancy work. (Campaign)
AOL's former advertising sales director Sarah Perry has joined Goviral in the new role of client and agency director, three months after leaving the technology giant. Perry left AOL at the end of January, along with UK managing director Michael Steckler, as part of the company's voluntary redundancy programme. (Media Week)
Coca-Cola GB marketing director Cathryn Sleight is to leave her role as part of an overhaul of the soft-drinks company's European marketing. It is not known whether Sleight will be replaced. (Marketing)
Marketing editor Lucy Barrett has left the magazine to become head of media relations at WPP-owned ad agency JWT. Barrett's time at Marketing comprised two stints. The latter began in 2005 when she returned as deputy editor before becoming editor in 2007. (Marketing)
Derek Morris, the chairman of ZenithOptimedia, is moving to a new role as the chief operating officer of VivaKi UK, the Publicis Groupe media unit. Morris will report to Adrian Sayliss, the UK chairman of VivaKi. (Campaign)
Guardian News & Media (GN&M) has appointed Chris Lawson, the former brand director for Absolute radio, to the new role of content sales and marketing director. Richard Furnesss, head of newspaper sales & marketing and Steve Wing, head of mobile and digital attraction, will report directly to Lawson. (Marketing)
Peter Charlton, national sales director at outdoor media owner CBS Outdoor, is leaving the company to become sales director of outdoor media owner Adshel in Australia. (Media Week)
Lynne Frank, senior vice-president and managing director of ESPN for EMEA and the woman behind its debut on the Premier League TV football rights stage, is leaving the broadcaster for personal reasons. ESPN has begun the search for Frank's successor and she will continue to work at the company until she returns to her native California in September. (Media Week)
Omnicom's OMD has appointed Liz Workman, Vodafone's head of global media, to head the network's £1bn Vodafone global media account. Workman will replace OMD global director Ian Rotherham, and will report to Colin Gottlieb, chief executive of Omnicom Media Group EMEA. (Media Week)
