Alex joined Brand Republic in March 2006 and covers all news relating to the national daily press and incentive marketing industry. He also writes for Brand Republic's digital, data, market research and design bulletins.
Prior to joining Brand Republic, he was a freelance journalist in Cardiff, where he trained at Cardiff Journalism School at the University of Cardiff. During this time he wrote for The Western Mail, Big Issue Cymru and Wales Tourist Board, among others. Outside of work, Alex campaigns for Amnesty International and is learning to speak French.
