Emma joined Media Week in June 2007 fresh from the magazine postgraduate diploma course at Cardiff University. Prior to that she studied History and Politics at Nottingham University, where was the arts editor of the student magazine, Impact. She has written for The Stage, The Times Online, Culture and Esquire. Emma has completed work experience placements at The Times, The Sunday Times Magazine, The Manchester Evening News and The Idler
