Kate Magee

Reporter
PR Week UK

Kate is PRWeek’s entertainment and voluntary sector reporter, but, to misquote the maxim, she believes all news is good news if it is getting her bylines. She also writes profiles, analysis and was project editor for the PowerBook, the guide to the most influential people in PR.

She joined the magazine in 2006, after two years exploring the world. She spent a year working in New Zealand and another year in South East Asia, South Pacific and the Middle East discovering the crucial difference between a mosquito and a mojito.

She has a joint honours degree in English Literature / Language and History from the University of Birmingham, where she expanded her CD collection by writing music reviews.
