Matt is PRWeek's public-sector reporter. Before joining the magazine he worked as a reporter at local newspaper the Bexley Times in South London and interviewed bands for music magazine The Fly.

He brings a working knowledge of the PR industry to the magazine, having worked at a couple agencies early in his career. Matt has a degree in English literature. The most famous person he's met is Sir Bob Geldof, who swore quite badly.
