NHS launches 'Moodometer' app ahead of Cameron's happiness push

The Gloucestershire branch of the NHS, 2gether NHS Trust, has launched the 'Moodometer' app that monitors users' emotional wellbeing, ahead of the prime minister's happiness poll.
