Sport added to ITV2 line-up as higher advertising revenues sought

LONDON - Carlton Communications and Granada are to boost ITV2's schedules in an attempt to attract more advertising by allowing the digital channel to screen programming from the now-defunct ITV Sport, which collapsed along with ITV Digital.
