Tony Ball to step down as BSkyB chief executive
LONDON - After much speculation, it has been confirmed this morning that Tony Ball is to step down as chief executive of BSkyB, with James Murdoch likely to be confirmed as the head of Sky 'well before' Ball's current contract ends in May 2004.
