Chatrooms 'impossible to regulate' says site owner
LONDON - Following Microsoft's decision to shut its MSN chatrooms last week over child safety fears, the boss of one prominent chat site, alleged to be 'littered' with sexually explicit messages, has said that chatrooms are impossible to regulate.
