M&S &More card launch breaks credit law says OFT
LONDON - Marks & Spencer has had the wind knocked out of the launch of its new &More credit card after it was told by the Office of Fair Trading that its practice of automatically upgrading its Chargecard customers to the credit card was in breach of the law.
