UbiSoft launches TV campaign
Games publisher UbiSoft has launched a TV campaign for Rainbow Six 3, which has been released in time for Christmas. Ads created by McCann-Erickson will run across terrestrial and satellite channels for five weeks, featuring the strapline 'Get the team spirit'. The work will sample a mission from the game, based on SWAT teams. Print and radio ads on stations including Kiss and Xfm will back the TV activity. UbiSoft has also teamed up with the Scream bar chain to promote the game across the UK, with console pods in bars backed by ads and point-of-sale activity. UbiSoft is also set to break a campaign for XIII, which is released at the end of the month. It will encompass TV, print and online. Media for both campaigns is through MJ Media.
