STOP PRESS: Joint-venture consortium signs contract for Teachers TV
A joint-venture consortium has signed a three-year contract to manage and produce Teachers TV, a digital channel funded by the Department for Education and Skills. TV production company Brook Lapping Productions, a Ten Alps Communications subsidiary, has taken a 70% stake.
