Lippincott Mercer, the brand consultancy, has hired former Mercer Management Consultancy head Ewan Jones and 20/20 creative partner Simon Stacey as partners. Jones will lead brand and customer strategy for clients in the retail, financial and telecoms sectors, while Stacey will oversee the agency's design team in Europe.
