Ofcom imposes first fine after adult channel code breach
LONDON - Ofcom has imposed its first fine since it was created, after finding the adult satellite channel, XplicitXXX, in breach of broadcast rules for a six-minute promotion for its films on Freeview, including one called 'Anal Cream Pie'.
