Fox faces $1.2m fine for broadcasting topless scene

NEW YORK – Rupert Murdoch's Fox TV station could be fined the maximum penalty of $1.2m for breaking rules on indecency after it broadcast a reality TV series that showed men licking whipped cream off topless prostitutes at a bachelor party.
