Broadcasters to battle it out for extra Freeview channel
LONDON – A bidding war for the next available slot on Freeview is set to kick off next week with Channel 4, ITV, Sky and Disney tipped to offer as much as £5m to win the right to air a new channel on the BBC-backed digital terrestrial service.
