ITV allowed to cut back non-news regional programmes
LONDON – Ofcom's public service broadcasting review has given ITV1 free reign to cut its non-news regional programming, while regional news and current affairs programmes should stay, and said that Channel 4 has no 'immediate' case for public funding.
