EastEnders in jeopardy as BBC faces 48-hour strike action over job cuts
LONDON – The BBC is facing up to two days of strike action in May over director-general Mark Thompson's proposed 3,750 job cuts at the corporation, putting production of programmes including 'EastEnders' at risk.
