Ulster Television buys MacKenzie's Wireless Group in £98.2m deal

LONDON - Ulster Television has made a £98.2m offer to buy The Wireless Group, which has been accepted by members of the board as well as by the 51.2% major shareholders, News International and Liberty Media.
