Bollore takes on chairman role and names new Havas chief executive
PARIS - Vincent Bollore has taken on the role of chairman at Havas, the advertising group in which he owns a 22% stake, and in an appointment that is sure to surprise the industry a French banker, Philippe Wahl, has been named as chief executive.
