Martin Newland stands down as editor of Daily Telegraph

LONDON - Martin Newland is stepping down as editor of The Daily Telegraph after two years. He will leave at the end of the month and John Bryant, the recently appointed editor-in-chief, will assume the role of acting editor of the paper until a successor is appointed.
