Branson says NTL must up bid to £917m as Telewest seeks to thwart BBC
LONDON - Virgin Mobile has rejected cable company NTL's £817m takeover offer, saying it was not enough, as Sir Richard Branson said that the cable firm needed to up its bid by £100m.
