ITV faces fight to gain control of Ireland's TV3 channel
LONDON – ITV could face a fight as it seeks to take control of Ireland's TV3, of which it already owns 45%, as private equity groups, satellite TV group Setanta and Ulster Television all consider bids for the stake owned by Canadian group CanWest.
