ITV, Channel 4 and BBC battle it out to make Ross highest-paid TV presenter

LONDON – ITV and Channel 4 are reportedly in a bidding war to poach Jonathan Ross from the BBC, in a move that could take the chatshow host's salary above the £15m mark.
