BBC trims licence fee rise after spectrum charge delay
LONDON - The BBC's attempt to raise the licence fee is likely to be scaled down after broadcasting regulator Ofcom announced it was to delay the introduction of the digital spectrum charge until after the digital switchover process is completed in 2014.
