Google inks international deal with eBay
Google has struck a multi-year agreement with eBay to become the exclusive advertising and search engine for eBay's international sites, which include China, India, Singapore and Hong Kong in Asia.
Ebay will also integrate ‘click-to-call' functionality which will allow users to initiate calls to eBay merchants or Google advertisers via the web. In the US, Yahoo provides exclusive search and advertising functions for eBay. Earlier this month Google became the exclusive search engine for NewsCorp publications, including MySpace.
