Deals: Google agrees a deal to by DoubleClick

Google has agreed a $3.1 billion deal to buy DoubleClick, provider of display advertising management services to advertising and media agencies and online publishers, including its main product, Dart. Google beat bids from Microsoft and Yahoo! with an all-cash offer.
