Top Gear escapes accusations of homophobia
LONDON - The media regulator Ofcom has brushed over an alleged homophobic comment on the BBC Two programme 'Top Gear', when an audience member described a car as 'gay' and presenter Jeremy Clarkson said 'it's a bit ginger beer', the cockney rhyming slang for 'queer'.
