GCap shares leap as Global makes final £370m offer
LONDON - Shares in GCap jumped by almost 13% this morning after Global Radio made what it is calling a third and 'final' offer for the Capital Radio and Classic FM owner at 225p a share in cash, conditional on the recommendation of the board.
