Tata faces green, not nationality issues with Jaguar and Land Rover takeovers
LONDON - Tata's acquisition of Jaguar and Land Rover from Ford is credited as having been the best deal on the table for the two luxury UK car marques. It secures the brands' future, and the Indian conglomerate has said it will not make sweeping changes to the way the companies are run. Experts claim customers will not be put off by new ownership and it will be business as usual for the two brands.
