Yahoo! battle continues after rejection of Microsoft and Icahn offer

NEW YORK - Yahoo! rejected a joint offer from Microsoft and billionaire investor Carl Icahn on Saturday to break up the internet firm, which made two counter offers that were rejected by the software giant.
