Bauer Media, GMG in talks to acquire two Midlands stations
LONDON - Bauer Media and Guardian Media Group are in talks with GCap and Global Radio over the acquisition of BRMB and Heart 106 respectively, two of the stations that GCap and Global Radio must sell to gain OFT approval for their £375m merger.
