LONDON - A group of business leaders from the leisure sector has hit out at government policies that they claim are impeding the success of their companies. Gala Coral founder John Kelly combined last week's announcement that he is stepping down as chairman of the gaming firm with an attack on Labour's handling of regulation of the industry.
