Harry Potter trumps Tess of the D'Urbervilles

LONDON - BBC One's adaptation of Thomas Hardy's novel 'Tess of the D'Urbervilles' put in a strong finish with 5.6m viewers tuning in on Sunday night, according to unofficial overnight figures, but was beaten by ITV1's screening of 'Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire'.
