Grade calls for urgent changes to PSB regulations
LONDON - ITV executive chairman, Michael Grade, has called for Ofcom to "urgently" implement a new regulatory regime for public service broadcasting (PSB) and to do so before 2012, in a speech to the Royal Television Society today (Wednesday).
