The Week: People news - Dent to run IPC Connect
IPC Media has appointed Fiona Dent, the managing director of IPC TX, as the managing director of its women's weekly unit, IPC Connect. The promotion is the first significant appointment made by IPC's new chief executive, Evelyn Webster. Charlie Meredith, the publishing director of What's On TV and TV Easy, takes on Dent's previous role.
